Hi Robbie - Check the recipe board and also the recipe index for lots of bread recipes you can make at home. There are bread machine recipes and also recipes you can just make by hand.

Just fyi, I wouldn't be thrilled with the emulsifiers and "flour treatment agents" they've added to the bread you found. Good fresh bread should just have flour, water, salt, and yeast.
