though I always just mix it into cool water. What I found in doing research is that just about all soluble fibers will dissolve in hot water - it's cold water that's the challenge. I never knew that before! So use it whatever way you like best - my husband adds his to hot cereal with breakfast or rice with dinner. I personally just like it plain in water.
