depending on other factors that affect your IBS. If you need to increase, go ahead and do so. You might be able to decrease later on. IBS tends to come and go, wax and wane, and it's not unusual to have to adjust your soluble fiber dose to reflect that. It's nothing to worry about, just something to keep in mind so you can keep yourself stable.
