You can definitely use more than 1 T if you like. I forgot to change the label to say "1 -2 T" until I'd already printed the first batch out. That's been fixed now. I wish the bag was resealable too. I do what you do, and keep the whole thing in a ziploc bag. Right now, the herb processor doesn't have air-tight resealable bags, but if those become available I'll switch. Glad you liked the label.
