Artist, thank you for a fantabulous post. This is going to be a terrific resource for newcomers to the board for a long time to come. Your comments on the combo of IBS dietary needs and oxalate concerns are really, really helpful.

One thing that's interesting is that citric acid is helpful. That's what's used to give the orange flavor to most soluble fiber supplements. So you might get a double benefit from choosing something like orange-flavored Citrucel over a plain version.
