I'd do a board search on this topic to see what other posts have to say. And for detailed IBS drug info check here web page You should also have a GI doc who is well aware of this info and can help you find the right prescription. If your doc's not familiar with using anti-depressants specifically for IBS, it's probably worth it to get a second opinion.
