Hi - there seems to be a link between fibromyalgia and IBS - there's info here web page

I'm not aware of a link between IBS and multiple autoimmune symptoms. There also isn't a link between IBS and unexplained weight gain.

Have you had a doc rule out things like inflammatory bowel disease and celiac?

Activity (especially vigorous) stimulate the digestive tract, resulting in bowel movements. So it could worsen diarrhea. Gentle activity (yoga, pilates, yoga, swimming as opposed to running, basketball, soccer, etc.) can be more helpful, and using a soluble fiber supplement will lessen problems here a great deal as well. And, don't eat close to when you're going to be active, but do drink peppermint tea, which will keep things calm.
