yoga position for gas!

i've found that child's pose works very well for painful cramps due to gas! i even have my husband doing it for heartburn. it works great. thanks so much for your helpful website, heather! i love it, and have recommended it to everyone i know with ibs ~

I LOVE child's pose.... AAwwwwhhhh..... what a relief Yoga is in general. I'm now taking a class 2 times a week. I don't know how I ever lived without it.

Yes, I'm taking on Friday night and Sat after a weight training class both at 24 hr fitness. I love Childs Pose and the "frog" have you done that?

How many times a week do you go to yoga classes? I started a few months ago, once a week, and already feel better. I am going to start going twice a week next month. Is this enough? Also, I can't wait for your dvd to come out.

I go every Friday and every other Sat also. The gym that I go to does not offer the class late enough in the evening Mon-Fri for me to attend.

I'm sure once a week is just fine.

I too would love to see the DVD....(when it is ready).... can't rush a good thing....right?
