cost of class

I am taking a private training lesson on Monday, for the first time. Do you all think $35.00 is a good price for this? And I am worried, now that I read your posts about GAS!! This could be very embarassing for me, Huh?

Hi there! I don't take "private" lessons...I have just started going to the classes at 24 Hour Fitness that are included in my monthly membership. So, maybe if you have one near you that could be an option for you....I don't think it is more then about $35 per month and there are a few classes per week.

an average drop-in price for a single group class at yoga schools around me is anywhere from $10-$20. The best deal is to get a month or more of unlimited classes - and that's about $80 a month. Not cheap, I know.
You might take the private class, then take several classes at a school to get the hang of a typical routine, then take a private again so the instructor can correct your poses.
