finally bought some yoga tapes and a mat... i'll keep you all updated on how things go... (it's about time! i take so long to finally decide to buy things!)

well, i have a total of 4 workout tapes now... so i can rotate them when i get bored (not if, when!) 
so far i've tried 2 and i like them a lot. they're by livingarts: yoga for beginners and yoga for weight loss. i think i like the weightloss one better, because there's more variety in the poses.
anyway, i think i like it so far. obviously, i haven't been doing this long enough to know if it's helping the ibs, but in general i like the workouts... which is saying something for me... i usually HATE exercise!
