I sprained my ankle over the weekend on the trampoline, I know it is sooo dangerous but it SO fun! Until I got hurt and my ankle is swollen and I am on crutches. But I do not feel very well if I do not exercise daily. I try to work out every day and it helps so much but now that I sprained my ankle what can I do?? Help please, excercises without using my ankle!

You could do floor work. A lot of my Pilates workout is done on the floor - concentrating on the powerhouse muscles.

I hope you feel better and get back on your feet soon.

Hi - Can you swim with the cast on? That would be exercise and wouldn't put any weight on your ankle.

If you take yoga classes, call the studio and ask for specific classes that would be suitable for you. Sometimes there are entire classes with nothing but floor work.
