I asked about OM Yoga In A Box a while back and I've finally bought it. I love it - the teacher on the CDs is lovely and it's all split into sections so you can do the bits you want or the whole lesson. I'd def. recommend it. I particularly like it as it's a CD (with flash cards) so you don't need to be in front of the TV. I've got the beginners version and it's advanced enough for me - especially as its got inverted poses which I can't even do! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Wonderful!!
