Hey, IBS sufferers!! One word for you, YOGA... what a neat deal this is. Began yoga for beginners tape (VCR) last week, and what an amazing thing for me. Immediate relief of leg pains, back pain, shoulder aches, but for us with the lovely IBS...no symptoms whatever. Am not pushing it, but have not had to use the peppermint caps, the Bentyl, the Immodium, etc. Such a joy, and the yoga is SO peaceful and relaxing (the key I think). So, just a tip form a very happy customer, give it a try. Just go easy and do not push. Good luck fellow sufferers.

HI, just wondered if you have started your video yet? I bought mine this week, but haven't started it yet. I got the same one as you. I bought my mat, but I work full time, so I have to pick a time to do it, which will be tricky, since it says you need to wait several hours after you eat, to do it. I'm usually tired by then...

I think you'll see good changes very quickly. I was astonished by how much stronger and more flexible I was after just two weeks of yoga classes. And I noticed a very nice sense of calm and relaxation after just the very first class.

Hang in there - it will be worth it.

Just a followup note...it is now March and I have (knock on wood) not had an IBS attack since I began the yoga exercises.
Oh joy oh rapture...finally relief from this awful disease.

Heather, I remember seeing somewhere on the site that you may have a Yoga DVD specifically for IBS available on your site sometime...is that still in the works?

just haven't been able to wrap it up because I've got too many other projects all happening at the same time. My goal is to have it out by Christmas...I hope.
