She hasn't written on the board for ages. I thought she was one of the moderators?

Hey Ulrika... I'm right here!

So sorry I haven't been on the boards as much as I'd like to lately. I just moved my Yoga Studio to a new location, am in the middle of trying to buy a new house & sell my current house and work on my book so things have been really busy.

However, having said all that, I am going to do my best to get on the Yoga Board as often as I possibly can. Thanks for looking out for me and if you have any questions, please post and I will get back to you!

Peace,

KK

Wow, I understand that you're busy then. Actually I do have a couple of questions already posted for you (from July 25th) in the post "Questions for yoga teacher".

And I'm sure I will come up with a lot more. Like this one: My hip joints tend to ache a bit from time to time and it's been a lot worse lately. I will bring this up with my GP the next time I see her, but do you have any suggestions or specific yoga positions that could help?
