Opening my own yoga studio!

I haven't been on the board lately. I have been doing my hypnosis c.d.s and I am opening my own yoga studio. Ahimsa Yoga. I am so excited. I plan to hold some workshops on the effects of yoga and anxiety. I am going eco friendly for all products and cleaners. I have saturday donation yoga for local families in need. So much more but the c.d.s are really helping and the excitemnet has overwhelmed the anxiety so so far so good! Yoga helps me get through every bad day and actually can turn my whole day around when I am REALLY sick! Stick with it to all of you who have just started. In the begining it seams like it is all about getting the posture and breathing but it will sink in and it will be all about that peace that you find and dont even realize till class is over that you found it.
