You did a great job showing us the poses that can help for IBS.... if I did not know it.....I would think that you were a Yoga Instructor!

And I've been taking yoga classes off and on for some time. I do think Heather ought to produce her own yoga tape. Plus, she sure looks good in yoga clothes!!! thank you so much - and thanks for going along with the class!! I think that was my very favorite part of the Sprawl, actually. If only the casinos offered yoga classes.
PS - Shell, love the new picture of you and Shane. And Kandee, my very special bottles made it through checked baggage just fine and are awaiting Friday night....

Yes, yoga in the casinos would be great!! I really liked that part too... even with all the farting going on in the other room....  LOL 
Yes, Kandee.... our bottles made it too...(we checked ours) BUT, I think they may have been the reason they were searched!! LOL I had a little slip of paper in there saying they opened it....
