I just read your post that said.. "although I didn't particularly enjoy it (meaning the yoga class)... I am curious, what about it specifically didn't you like?

Hey yolanda,
At your next class ask the teacher what style they are teaching or tell me what video/book your are using and that might help me figure it out too.

how does someone who is not very limber or flexible start in to to yoga. I would like to give it a try.I have never done it before.

Hi Heather - Yep, we're working on it, and should do a final shoot within the next 2-3 months. Then it's just a matter of getting the DVDs made and out there. I will post when the video is done - I'm pretty excited, as I've been following the routine Blair (the teacher) came up with and it's really helpful (and enjoyable too).
Sorry this project is taking so long...

That is awesome, I am so excited! Like Mags said, don't be sorry, your projects are the best. The boards have been so helpful, and your recipes are awesome. I made 4 loaves of banana bread this weekend! 
Take your time with the video, I just remembered the post from awhile back and wanted to see how it was going for you.

We're working on it! The yoga for IBS tape/DVD has been in production for about 6 months, and we just have to do a final shooting and then edit. I hope to have the project wrapped up by fall or Christmas at the latest. It's on hold for the next month or two while I do some website work, but after that it's my top priority.
I'll let you know when it's finally done, and actually at that time I hope to have the instructor on the boards to answer questions (she doesn't really have regular internet access right now).
