I have always been interested in yoga, and after learning that it can help with ibs i'm even more interested. What I need though is some help. I have one of those excersize balls, and a beginners yoga sheet, (it only have 7 moves) are there any books out there that anyone would recomend? I am a college student with not much room or privacy!

Hi - I don't know of any good books (I'm sure others will though) but I'd suggest you try to find some local classes to take in person. Then you can get a tape or DVD to follow along to, but have a better idea of getting the poses right. It's much easier to see the proper alignment (and ask questions) if there's a live teacher in front of you. There might actually be some classes on campus?
