Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good Yoga Instructor in Las Vegas.

check the IBS Links footer link, in the alternative/yoga category. There's a yoga directory and a couple other sites that should list schools and instructors by state.
Do I sense a yoga class for the fall sprawl????

Do I sense a yoga class for the fall sprawl???? Isn't that a GREAT idea that Kandee had!?!?!? We (the 4 Divas) well, maybe not *Melissa*, we have not talked her into it YET.... are willing to demo some moves that are helpful for IBS... will the Queen be joining us in that? (yes Heather...that's you)
