I can't wait til class tonight.... I always feel so good after...wish I could take it more then once a week... well, maybe after I get all the weight off and I'm just in my "Maintenance" stage then I can afford to take a day from cardio? WE will see......

She has managed to hurt her knee and had mentioned to me a few weeks ago that she would be having surgery soon.... so I'm not sure. I'll look at the schedule and hopefully work it in on another day while she is gone....

because of a sub instructor. And now I've missed class all weekend, so if there's a sub tomorrow too I'll be quite peeved.

Yep, she has to have knee surgery and can no longer teach Yoga until she has been doing rehab for some time... I don't like the one sub that was there last week...and I've never taken a class with the other possible one (male) who is a little more advanced. So, I'm not sure what this is gonna to do to my practice for the next couple of months.
