I STARTED WITH YOGA ABOUT 6 DAYS AGO, JUST DOING SIMPLE POSES TO START BECAUSE I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS. WELL WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING HAS REALLY HELPED RELIEVE ME OF THE GAS AND CRAMPING...MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW HAS BEEN ON ME FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND SHE WAS SO HAPPY TO HEAR THAT I HAVE STARTED...IT IS JUST THE SIMPLE ONES, BUT DO I FEEL BETTER. THE HEAT PACKS ARE ALSO WONDERFUL FOR RELIEF.

Stick with it and I know you'll be feeling even better. It's amazing how quickly yoga can make big differences. I'm so glad you started!
