Yoga is making such a difference! Yay!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know that since I started up yoga again about 8 weeks ago, and started doing Sun Salutes in the morning a few days ago, it's making a huge difference. I went into a class last week with awful bloating, nausea and general yucky constipation, and walked out feeling about 80% normal again. I told my GP about it this morning and I thought she was going to clap for joy that I was doing it. It's funny, I don't really think about the progress I'm making until I go and see her and she goes through the list of things from last time. I am actually getting a lot better. Now I just have to see if I'm actually up to 30 grams of fibre a day. It's sooo hard getting that high, even taking 2 xBenefiber twice a day.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that yoga is helping tremendously. If you're thinking about it, I'd really recommend it.
