I get to use my new mat... AND I found out last night that my Yoga Instructor is going to also take over the Tues night class (which I have not been going to).... so I might just have to work that into my routine too! I have my weight training class just before that on Tues, so I was not sure if my arms would have enough strength and not be in too much pain to take Yoga 15 mins later.... guess we will see, she starts that in Oct.

Mine was at 6:30.... always is on Fridays. It was a great class this week.
My Instructor has been under the weather (right spelling?) this week so it was a very relaxing class.... no "flipping our dog" LOL We did some new side twists, (I don't know the right pose name for it).....deep "Chair Pose".
Then we did "Warrior III Pose" we don't do that one often and that can be a challenge if you don't focus. 
Oh, and I got both "frog" & "Pigeon"!!  And I LOVE my new mat!! 
Anyway..all in all a GREAT class.... and the wind has been released
