Maybe that can help you. You can just buy the frozen already chopped spinach and cook it, add a little salt and a tiny bit of good extra virgin olive oil. Also try to eat natural applesauce every day and drink water all day long but small sips at a time. Maybe this can help with the constipation. Take care. I'll stick to two tablespoons twice daily for the rest of my life. I don't have a doc at the moment. I can't find one yet. I've been to one specialist and 6 doctors since I got IBS at 17yrs. old and they are all morons. I really don't get how they can even call themselves "doctors". It's sickening.
