Hey, Kree,

I accidentally omitted the piquant sauce from my turkey meatloaf recipe, but I can't edit the recipe, nor can I delete it. Any suggestions on how to correct it?

Bev

Hey Bev
Well Im not Kree...but do you mean you want to edit the original post you made? I think the longest you have to edit it 72 hours after you've submitted a post. Not sure about the deleting though. I'm sure it may be possible for Heather to add it in....someway! somehow!

Yep, I think we're going to have to call on the all-powerful Heather for this one. Let's see if she sees this sometime soon... otherwise I can drop her an e-mail about it!

write a new post here with the omitted info? I'll add the new post info to the old recipe and that should fix things!

Hi Heather,

Here's the link: web page

The added portion is:

Piquant Sauce

6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons dry mustard

Combine all ingredients. Remove meatloaves from oven and pour off any liquid. Spread Piquant Sauce over loaves and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Allow meatloaves to "set" for 10 minutes before serving.
