Canola Oil ?

Can anyone tell me what Canola Oil is? I have not heard of it over here,unless it is under another name,also how do you make sure you are getting enough of the safe fats for health? How do you work this one out? Thanks a mill.

Hi - You can use safflower, sunflower, or olive oil instead. They're all heart-healthy.

Thanks Heather,i was wondering about daily fat intake,and how much we should have in your opinion as i have cut back so much.Cheers.

Canola oil is known as rapeseed oil here in the UK.
