Hi Heather
I can't find liquid or chewable multi vitamin mineral supplements. I could take Centrum Junior if there were no flavors or flavor in it but there is a flavor or flavors in it. The marshmellows sold here doesn't say how high the fructose is in the corn syrup.
I got some yves soy protein products. He's a French guy that makes mostly vegan chick'n nuggets, bolonga, salami, sauages, etc. They are low in fat. There is bolonga that has 0.9g of fat, chick'n burger has 2.8g of fat, bacon is 0.4g of fat. Some ingredients I'm not sure if they are okay. They are beet root powder, locust bean gum, guar gum, evaporated cane juice, wheat germ, natural liquid smoke, pantothenate, vital wheat gluten, natural flavor, modified cellulose, konjac flour, pantothenic acid, carrageenan, wheat starch. Are they okay?
Thanks

Hi - All the Yves ingredients you listed are okay. Some sound a little scary, but they're actually all natural ingredients and some are even soluble fiber. Do make sure there isn't any dairy (such as casein or whey) in the Yves products. Sometimes they even sneak cheese in there.

Until you stabilize, you might just eliminate the vitamins altogether. It would be one less factor to worry about.

Do the marshmallows say they contain "high fructose corn syrup"? They should specify that. If they just say "corn syrup" that's a better option.

Best,
Heather

Hi Heather
I do make sure there is no dairy in the products. I read carefully. I used to eat yves products before I got IBS. They are really good. On the bag of marshmellows it just says corn syrup.
Thanks for the help.
