Hello!
I just found this recipe and would really like to try it, but I don't really understand some of the instructions for making the filling. I'll post the part that I don't get, and I was hoping someone could clarify for me:

Crumble tofu into a sieve lined with several layers of paper towels. Add soy yogurt. Cover sieve with plastic wrap and place over a bowl to drain overnight, or for up to two days (the longer this drains, the thicker and creamier your filling will be).

I don't know what a sieve is and am just not sure how to go about doing this, so if anyone can help me that'd be great!
Thanks!

It's one of those mesh strainer things. Almost like a colander, but with fine mesh. You can strain liquids with it.

I'm kind of tired, so I hope that makes sense!

It more or less makes sense, except I don't know what a collander is But I think I get the idea...

Or, if you wanted to strain liquids out of something in the kitchen, or even wash a big bowl of berries or some such, what would you use? That's what a colander is - a sieve just has many more, tinier holes. You probably have this and just know it by another name.
