I enjoy all of you and your posts so much. Between busy kids and practicing the yoga and meditation that I have found very helpful for IBS, I don't have much time for the boards. But I still check when I can. Everybody has such great recipe ideas. I have rice syrup but don't find it to be very sweet. I agree about honey so maybe I should try the rice syrup and see how I feel.
