Hello Everyone,
I'm planning on trying to make this snack from the Eating for IBS book since it looks like a pretty simple recipe to start with, only I don't think that corn chex and rice chex are available in Canada? I could be wrong, I'm not a big cereal eater...but if I can't find them, are there any other cereals that you can subsitute?

Do you have Crispix? That will work.
Also, check/stir the mix every 30 seconds or so, as if you have a strong microwave it will be done faster than the directions say and you don't want it to burn.

I don't know if we have Crispix, but I'll definately check. I'm going out to the grocery store now so I'll see what's out there.
