Hi
I am an Aussie and really want to make Angel Food cake, we don't have packet varieties here so can someone please give me a recipe??? Also, any quick meal ideas?

You need a special pan. There are actual angel food cake pans, but you might not be able to find one. If you have a very tall, steep sided bundt cake pan with a hole in the middle that will work. You need that middle hole because the walls will support the cake in the center as it rises (and angel food cakes rise very high).
