Heather's Bread Pudding

I love this recipe, but every time I make it, it leaves liquid in the bottom. Tried cooking it longer than she says, but same result. Would adding less "milk" do the trick?

Maybe! It's the egg whites that bind with the milk in the recipe, and soak into the bread. Some extra liquid will come out if you refrigerate overnight - not sure how to prevent that.
