How do you keep this? Can you just leave it in the fridge for a week, or should it be in the freezer? I never made this before but I think I'll try it next weekend. It keeps really well. It does make a big batch. You might be able to halve the recipe. I haven't tried that but it should work just fine. Make sure you use a big pot - it boils up high. Use a starchy short grain white rice, like sushi rice. And follow the directions for tempering the egg whites as you add them, so you don't end up with scrambled eggs in your pudding. - H -------------------- Heather is the Administrator of the IBS Message Boards. The taste is great. We only skipped the vanilla because we didn't know which one to take? Vanilla- sugar, flavor in little bottle, or the vanilla sticks? We changed the batch 2 times into a bigger pan. It's great to see how it 'grows'.
