The other night I was part of organizing an event and was in charge of brining goodies to serve with coffee. I never eat anywhere outside my home because of my IBS-D . SO I decided to bake as much as I can from Heathers cookbook. I made lemon bread, banana bread.. and many more. I also brought along herbal tea. I must say it was the first time I ate outside my house in a social setting and never had one issue and was confident with my safe food. Bonus to this was many people complemented me on the treats. We can all enjoy outings , we just need to take control a little.
Thank you Heather again for your wonderful cookbook-I have been using it for the past 7 years and take it whenever I go anywhere (cottage, vacation). it is well worn.

It's always so much nicer to be able to actually eat when you are out and about.

The quick breads are my go-to for bringing along with me as well - potlucks, travel, you name it.

XOXO
