Sauteed Tilapia with Lemon-Peppercorn Pan Sauce

I made this a few nights ago. It's very good but I found it too lemony so the next time I make it I'll reduce the lemon juice to just 1/8 cup. Use IBS safe substitute for the butter (or you could probably omit most of it). The sauce was yummy over plain Texmati rice but even if the sauce doesn't sound appealing to you, the tilapia cooked this way is delicious - would be great with just a squeeze of lemon, perhaps accompanied by Lemon Rice Pilaf .

I didn't have peppercorns so I used 1 teaspoon of coarse ground pepper instead - it worked fine.
