About the Chablis skillet chicken recipe

Hey guys im new here! Just wanted to know , The Chablis skillet chicken recipe , is that safe for both types of IBS? By this i mean sufferers who either have ibs constipation based, Diarrhoea based or both.
Could you also tell me if every recipe on this website is safe for both types.

are meant to stabilize all IBS symptoms. High soluble fiber, low fat, no triggers, careful with insoluble fiber - that will regulate the bowel motility that goes awry with IBS, and help resolve/prevent both diarrhea and constipation.
