Gluten Free Whole Grain Waffle Recipe

Hi!
I have been trying to incorporate more whole grains into my diet since I am IBS-C. I eat gluten free and have found that when I eat "white" gluten free food, I am more constipated. I found this recipe on the "Gluten Free Girl and the Chef" website and was wondering if it is safe, I know that it has a lot of whole grain flours, but if I have one with a large banana, will it be ok? Here's the recipe:
Gluten-Free Corny Waffles
1/4 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup sweet rice flour
1/4 cup teff flour
1/4 cup millet flour
1 cup masa harina
2 teasoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups almond milk
5 tablespoons butter, melted (would use sweet potato puree instead)
4 egg whites
Also, I noticed that gluten free oats have more insoluble fiber than soluble, are they IBS safe?

This should be okay - I'd make sure the grains you use are very finely ground. If you can see any flakes of bran in them, that's when you want to be very cautious.
Oats are oats - they are all inherently gluten free, it's just that many grain processing companies process many different grains, so the oats can be cross contaminated by other grains with gluten. If oats are labeled gluten free it just means they are processed in a gluten free facility. The fiber content would be identical to any other oats.
