Anyone have a recipe for making this using cocoa powder and possibly rice or almond milk that is good?

but I've had good luck simply heating a mug of chocolate soy milk, especially Silk brand. There is another brand out there that has a chocolate hazelnut flavor, and that is fabulous heated up.

If you want something richer and a little less sweet, you could liquify unsweetened baking cocoa powder (like Hershey's) with just enough of the soy milk to get it to dissolve, then whisk in the rest of your milk, then heat.

Best,
Heather
