Hi I am looking to make a chocolate mousse cake for a baby shower so that I can have some cake to the guest of honour is diabetic so it cant have sugar (but splenda is ok) any ideas? I had a chocolate mousse without tofu but once you melt the chocolate chips it isn't so low fat anymore... any ideas ? thank you! I was thinking of making peppermint fudge cake (with splenda) but need a good rich chocolate mousse to put in between...
Hi - splenda isn't safe for IBS. Best bet might be to make two tiny cakes, one IBS safe with sugar and one for your friend with splenda.
