Heather,

Your diet and IBS cookbook have been a lifesaver for me! I can't thank you enough. I frequently supplement what's in the cookbook by looking up recipes from the IBS newsletter archive. Have you considered a new edition to the Eating For IBS cookbook that is updated with all those additional recipes? I would just love to have them all in one book. I cook from the cookbook constantly, the recipes are wonderful and I love being able to cook without worrying about how my stomach will react. Thank you so much! -- Kitty
