How much do I add? I have made the vitatop mixes and found that the inulin (sp?) in it bothers me. I thought if I add acacia to the mix that it was counter act the effects. But I don't know how much to add.

That's when I realized I don't know how much to add to any recipe. So what do you do?

In general, you can add 1 tablespoon of acacia per cup of dry ingredients, and just whisk them together.

Best,

Vitatop brand sells a mix you can buy and make your own. I love them and was just wanting to put fiber in it to counter their fiber (it bothers me). I'll try your suggestion Heather, thanks!
