so far our wedding we got the sunbeam cupcake maker from target and i just used it to make amazing pumpking muffins, I got the pumpkin bread and muffin mix at trader joes, added applesauce and water and baked in the little cupcake oven, and amazing results! the box mix made a nice dense cake with less then one grahm of fat per muffin and it made twelve, I plan on freezing them and indulging in a muffin a day, for a while, although one thing next time I'll add pumpkin instead of applesauce as this is not the strongest pumpkin flavor

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
