Pizza Dough

I want to make the pizza dough from Heather's book. I've made it before and it's really good. However it's summer and I spend a lot of time at the pool in the afternoons so I'm not home to wait for it to rise. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could make this pizza dough ahead of time and freeze it or store it for a day or so until you're ready to use it.
