Hey all,

I'm new to the boards but have had IBS since last August. This website has been my lifesaver. Has anyone discovered a good soy parmesan cheese and where did you get it? I have yet to find any kind at any market near me, even health food stores. Is this probably an online purchase? Thanks for the help.

I have found some that I really like - it's called Lisanatti SoySation. Here's a link that should show you what the package looks like. I buy it at Whole Foods

They have a rice Parmesan too. Love them both, but I can't ever find them at regular grocery stores where they have sliced soy cheese. Only Whole Foods and specialty health food markets have the Parmesan so far that I've seen...

Also, I keep them in the freezer and they stay really fresh, and you don't have to thaw or anything before using.
