what to eat instead of butter

Hi my name is Carrie, I am new to the website but not to IBS. I have been dealing with it for awhile and I am trying to stick to eating the foods that wont trigger my IBS. I never knew that butter was one of the triggers. I was just wondering if there was anything I can sub for butter when I want to eat a bagel or english muffin, perhaps there are certain butters that are better to use, the one I use now is breakstones low salted one.

I've had great luck using this in all sorts of ways to replace butter.
Just remember that this is still pure fat, so keep your quantity low because if you eat too much of it, it will be a trigger. A thin layer of it on toast is great. Making shortbread cookies out of it is not so great.
