You guessed it--while looking through The Bakers' Catalogue, I found some Gluten-free mixes. They have Chocolate cake, sandwich bread, french bread/pizza, cake and cookie, and truffle brownie.
Prices range from $3.95 to 6.95. toll free 800.827.6836 or www.bakerscatalogue.com
They also have dry soy milk, 1 lb. for $5.95. I'm getting this one too.
Happy baking!

I paid less than $2 for the powder soy milk. You may want to look a little more for that. Just thought I would mention it. Here is ener-g weblink. I noticed it is a little more than I paid.

I get powdered soy milk in bulk from Whole Foods. Can't remember the cost, but I think it's about $3 or $4 a pound (and I never need that much). I've also seen it in little individual packets at Asian markets - a box of 10-12 packets is ninety-nine cents.

I found it at the grocery store in the natural foods area. I don't think you have the same stores we have out here. We have a Wegman's and a Tops. I have seen this in both stores.
