Vegan Cheese!!!

This is really good. It's a little garlic-y, but I used it on a homemade pizza and it was fabulous!

1 large saucepan
Wire whisk
1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups water
½ cup margarine (I used I can't believe it's not butter sticks)
2 tsp yellow mustard

1Mix all dry ingredients in the saucepan. Add the water, whisk briskly to blend all ingredients.

Step 2Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 to 30 seconds, or until thick. Remove from heat.

Step 3Add the margarine and yellow mustard. Whisk until blended.

Sounds interesting. But I have to point out that ICBINB has whey in it last I looked so it isn't vegan.
