I was just wondering what kind of bread to use for stuffing? Any ideas thanks

either toasted or at least left out overnight to get a little stale. I use either the regular white variety, extra crispy, or sourdough. They give a great texture to any kind of stuffing, and they're easy to cut/rip into little pieces.
