I have just recently found out that I have IBS...after way too many doctors telling me nothing else is wrong...and I'm trying to compile some recipes so I can still eat the foods that I like. My friends and I have a few different types of mexican dips that we love, but which I can't eat anymore. Does anyone know of any good dip recipes? Thank you!

I love this one -

Roasted tomato and mango salsa

It's great with the smoky black bean dip that's in Eating for IBS - I don't think that one's on the site.

I also like a super fast and easy guacamole - just mash avocados up with Green Tabasco sauce to taste. It's mild, not hot, but really tasty.

Just be sure to use baked corn chips!
