I don't believe you can find it online - I think it is only found in Heather's book, "Eating for IBS." I don't want to violate any copyright laws printing it here.

I am sure I printed it off here I have Heathers book just cannot put my hands on it.
You know in a safe place. No worries sure it will turn up.
Found a rice dish on one of the newsletters! TY though
